What started as night-time job after school turned into a life-long passion for our founder, Tina Lalic. Now, we’ve been in the commercial cleaning industry for more than 40 years, and have played a large part in making it a professional, highly regarded industry.
After running other commercial cleaning services, and building her exceptional reputation in the cleaning industry, Tina founded Lexus in 2013. Through word of mouth and strong recommendations, Tina was able to grow the business quickly. Now, our growing team of highly trained professionals is equipped with the latest cleaning technologies and techniques, enabling us to provide unparalleled service quality. We take pride in being the only company in Canada certified in CIMS GB certificates with honours as well as ContractorCheck.

Our Leadership Team
Founder
Tina Lalic
Tina has a unique background in the commercial cleaning and restoration industry. She initially had to prioritize finding a job over continuing her education, but her passion for cleaning eventually led her to cross paths with Mario in 2006. They both worked for the same organization until 2013, but in different roles. In 2009, Tina began to closely support Mario’s efforts to improve the industry through training and education.
In 2010, she began working on projects at major airports such as YVR and Pearson. Tina brings a fresh perspective to the industry and shares Mario’s commitment to challenging industry norms and raising standards through education and training. Tina, with Mario’s help as lead trainer, have built Lexus Cleaning Services Inc. into a leading commercial cleaning and restoration service provider in Toronto and the GTA.
Tina is a nominee for the 31st Annual RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, that recognizes the country’s leading women entrepreneurs.
Lead Trainer
Mario Sequeira
Mario has been in the commercial cleaning and restoration industry for over 40 years. In 1986, he started working a cleaning job at night while attending school during the day, and found that he enjoyed the work and was determined to become the best he could be at it. Mario’s approach to the industry is hands-on and theoretical, investing his time, money, and energy into acquiring certifications and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
He believes that education is an ongoing process, and he is committed to continuously improving and developing his skills. Mario’s passion for cleaning is apparent in his journey from starting as a cleaner to becoming a supervisor, manager, and ultimately lead trainer of Lexus Cleaning Services Inc.. His dedication to training and development is reflected in the high-quality services offered by the company, which he has helped build into a leading commercial cleaning and restoration service provider in Toronto and the GTA.
Mario is the only trainer in Canada who can certify others, and is working towards his Masters in Cleaning in order to be able to teach other courses.

As an industry that traditionally has a low barrier to entry, it is our vision to have all commercial cleaning services regulated and all services providers trained to industry standard so that surfaces aren’t just wiped down, but cleaned for health and safety.
We are certified trainers and stay up-to-date with all relevant certifications and training, and it’s our goal to have all cleaners in the industry receive the same training.
We use cutting-edge technology to test surfaces and ensure they are clean, and we believe that proper cleaning is the most critical behind-the-scenes task an organization can engage in.
